You will earn a $500 cash bonus for each referred homeowner who signs an agreement with us, payable one month after the property goes live.
Active Referrer
Be available as a reference for prospective clients who want to hear firsthand about your experience with our services. Our sales team may give your contact information to potential leads who request references. For each new prospective homeowner you speak with, you’ll receive a $50 gift card.

Share the LocalVR referral phone number with potential clients and remind them to mention your name when they contact us.
4. Track Referrals
Once a referred homeowner signs an agreement, you’ll be notified and receive your $500 bonus one month after their property goes live.
5. Confirm Communications
When our sales team provides your contact information to a new prospective homeowner as a reference, and you have a conversation with them, you’ll receive a $50 gift card.
