First off, our properties are always undergoing regular inspections, each of which is photo-supported to ensure that everything is always returned to its rightful place. Next, if these inspections reveal any issues, we’ll schedule repairs to make sure that any problems get fixed. Another way we are able to preserve property value is by passing on the cost of damages to guests–guests damages are covered up to $3000.
