Problem
Meet James: a retired home build and design contractor and owner of a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo just north of Park City’s historic downtown area.
After purchasing his property, James initially had no plans to turn it into the thriving vacation rental it is today, but he found himself unwilling to let the home sit empty for months on end. That’s when he found his first property manager, a local company that he thought would meet his needs.

We also implemented thorough post-checkout inspections, aided by a customized property inspection checklist that we created specifically for his Park City home. These inspections helped us to combat wear and tear and keep the property in tip-top condition for years to come. Finally, we onboarded him into our Owner’s Portal to make it easier than ever to book owner stays, view his monthly statements, and track repairs and maintenance requests.
