Meet Ruth and her husband, owners of a gorgeous 3-bedroom townhome in Tahoe City. After purchasing their property in August of 2020 with the intent to turn it into a vacation rental and a place to visit a few times a year, Ruth knew that she wanted to find a property management company with a Mom and Pop feel.
