There’s nothing better than taking some time away from your everyday grind to vacation in the mountains of beautiful Park City. Oftentimes, however, it can be tough to plan more than a few days off from your typical fast-paced and work-filled lifestyles, and that’s why today, we’ve taken all of the guesswork out of your next visit to Park City with our ideal 3-day winter itinerary.

Day 1: Eat like a Local

10am: Start your morning off right with a trip to one of our favorite breakfast spots in town: Five5eeds. This trendy and elevated restaurant has outdoor seating and even provides blankets for patrons to keep warm during the cold winter months. Try their tasty take on Avocado Toast or one of their famous breakfast sandwiches to fill yourself up for a busy day ahead.

11am: Time for a stop at Utah Olympic Park, where not only can you see Olympians training for the gold, you’ll also have the opportunity to train for it yourself! Be sure to check out their Bobsled and Alpine Slide rides for some thrills, and enjoy free entry to the ski museum to learn more about the venue’s history and use in the 2002 Winter Olympics.

1pm: For lunch, stop in for some delicious burgers with Brazilian flare at the Bridge Cafe and Grill, located right on Main Street. With a killer atmosphere and mountain views to die for, this spot is a favorite of locals and visitors alike, who rave about the Town Lift Burger or the Southwestern Chicken Sandwich.

2pm: After filling your belly, why not take a stroll and explore Park City’s Historic Main Street? Filled to the brimming with unique shops, one-of-a-kind art galleries and the ever-popular Park City Museum, there’s plenty to see when you take a walk down Main Street.

4pm: Time to rest those tired legs with one of the most tried-and-true of winter activities: dog sledding! Take a visit to Rancho Luna Lobos, a family-owned dog sledding operation that will take you on the outdoor adventure of a lifetime.

7pm: End your day on the right note with a visit to another of our favorite restaurants: Riverhorse on Main. The Masonic Hall in Park City, where Riverhorse is located, boasts the perfect atmosphere after a long day of activities. Be sure to check out their world-famous Macadamia-Encrusted Halibut during your visit to this well-known dinner spot.

Day 2: Take to the Slopes

8am: Today starts off early, since much of your time will be spent on the slopes. To prepare for the long day ahead, get a good breakfast in at Harvest Cafe, which offers a unique spin on breakfast fare, as well as options for vegetarian and vegan members of your group.

9am-2pm: It’s time to hit Park City Mountain Resort to show off your skills on skis or a snowboard. Spend a day exploring the over 2500 acres of terrain that will satisfy skiers and boarders of all levels, from the earliest beginner to expert.

3pm: Grab a casual and quick lunch to go at Draft’s Burger Bar, before heading back to your accommodation for a much-needed rest before a nice dinner.

7pm: After a long day on the mountain and a refreshing nap after lunch, it’s time for dinner. On your second night in town, be sure to check out Glitretind Restaurant, another of our favorite fine-dining restaurants. This one-of-a-kind spot not only offers amazing views, you also have the opportunity to eat outside in a climate-controlled glass globe called the Alpenglobe, only offered a few months out of the year.

Day 3: Relax and Unwind

10am: On your last day in town, breakfast starts off at Powder, located at the Waldorf Astoria hotel. This spot has drool-worthy views along with an incredible selection of breakfast eats, including a delicious Acai Yogurt Bowl, an assortment of mouth-watering egg dishes, and morning shakes that will give you the energy you need to the get through your last full day in Park City.

11am: After the last few days packed full of activities, it’s time to relax at one of Park City’s most well-known spas: Serenity Spa by Westgate. There’s a good reason that this spot has won Best in State awards–it offers over 30,000 square feet of amenities, including a spa area with a babbling waterfall. Be sure to book one of their massages or facials to start your day off on a relaxing note.

1pm: Lunch on your last day is located at 501 on Main. Enjoy a scrumptious selection of sandwiches, soups, and salads along with a long selection of beers and cocktails to help you unwind even more. Reviewers rave about their Bison Burger as well as the Tomato Basil Soup, so check those out during your last lunch outing.

2pm-5pm: For your last jaunt in the snow, take a short trip to Woodward Park City, where winter sports and activities are king. Whether you’ve come to enjoy snow tubing or to get your kids on a miniature snowmobile, there are activities galore to enjoy at this 70,000 square foot adventure facility.

7pm: End your trip in the most delicious way possible with a visit to Edge Steakhouse, one of the most-awarded restaurants in Park City. Whether you choose their tasting menu to enjoy a hand-picked selection of these gourmet eats or you order your dinner off the menu, you can’t go wrong at this world-class steakhouse. Be sure to check out the Truffle Twice Baked Potato for a side that will make your taste buds go wild.
